I have played around the thought of buying a longer snowboard for a while, so I chose 158 cm for the size, as I wanted to have more reliabilty landing. I weigh 70 kilograms and have a foot size of 42. The DOA is a snowboard that has been highly regarded in the snowboarding community for years. Known for its versatile performance, it's a board that can handle a wide range of conditions and riding styles. It features a hybrid camber profile with a camber section between the bindings for stability and pop and rocker sections towards the tip and tail for added forgiveness and float in powder. This combination allows for excellent edge control while still being forgiving enough for intermediate riders.
The softer flex in the nose and tail makes the DOA surprisingly playful and forgiving when it comes to buttering and jibbing, adding to its versatility. The graphics this year are really on point. This board shines in my opinion the most on sidehits, all mountain boarding and butters. It truly is a defender of awesome experiences on the slopes.
