The design, which JJF surfed to two consecutive world championship titles, presents itself as possibly the first real high-performance board that functions for all surf levels and as a one board quiver and that can be used for every surf strip with decent to good waves in the forecast.

Surf style
A super versatile board, it has become one of JJF's favourites for all types of surfing and a go-to for many surfers around the world.
Originally designed to perform in harder, more powerful wave types, the Ghost has proven to be great for reef breaks, dumpy beachies, and point waves as well.

Shape
Based on the Pyzel Short Cut the outline of the ghost is refined: the wide nose is always positioned a little further forward, but the nose area is kept lower and the tail is oriented slightly inwards to suit tighter curves.
The thickness is also pushed forward, further helping you get into waves with ease, and the tail and rails are kept thinner to improve grip through barrels and turns at speed.

Profile
The rocker is medium to low in the front half to help you get into the waves easier and pick up speed quickly. The tail has plenty of rocker for more control during turns. The single concave runs throughout the bottom, with a double concave inside that provides speed and float on both rail and flat spots, allowing for quick rail-to-rail transitions. Ghost's combination of rocker and concave provides powerful handling through a healthy blend of sensitivity and control.
