The Salomon X Approach Lace SJ BOA® boot is an ingenious all-round freestyle/park boot for the modern freestyle rider. A special Fit To Ride manufacturing process is used in the production for a perfect fit and excellent comfort right from the start. The BOA® STR8JKT system also ensures first-class heel hold in a compact design.

Outer boot
In the Fit To Ride manufacturing process, Salomon removes unnecessary layers, improves the construction process and works with high-quality materials. This makes the boots 10 % lighter and more compact, with a durable fit and medium flex. The Feather Outsole is a lightweight EVA and rubber outsole for comfortable grip and smooth landings.

Liner
The comfort liner wraps your foot in a soft material for instant and long-lasting comfort. It also features an easy glide patch and Ultralon multi-density foam. For added comfort and maximum support, all custom fit liners have heat-mouldable foam strategically placed in the sensitive areas of the foot, shin, ankle and heel. The Ortholite C2 footbed made of high-density material and additional memory foam gives you support and protects your feet.

Lacing system
The traditional lacing system is and remains one of the best and most reliable lacing systems for snowboard boots. Many riders continue to trust the classic lacing and appreciate the easy swap-out when the lacing breaks. STR8JKT is an additional BOA® lacing in the heel area, for best hold in the boot and optimal comfort.
