High-performance riding in the resort and in powder
The Bataleon ThunderStorm is a true hybrid 3D freeride board that not only works in powder but also takes a freestyle feature or two. This board is part of the gender neutral collection and is available in a variety of lengths to suit riders of all sizes. This year Bataleon has further improved the shape and introduced even more lengths to the line. Thunder and Lightening - for everyone.
Riding style
This board is ideal for powder and high-performance riding in the resort, but also copes well with the odd freestyle feature.
Shape
With the directional shape of the Cruiser, the nose is longer than the tail. This increases the stability at higher speeds and the uplift in powder. SideKick™ tips increase edge uplift at the widest points of the nose and tail for even easier turn initiation, more float and better handling in difficult terrain.
Profile
The Directional 3BT™ has a slightly narrower centrebase than the Twins, but more edge length between the feet and a Low Camber.
Flex
The medium flex (6/10) offers stability yet remains playful.
Construction
The Ultra Light Core made of 70 % poplar wood and 30 % paulownia is sandwiched between layers of triaxial fibreglass. This allows for great press and pop characteristics and fast manoeuvrability. Carbon reinforcements are fitted centrally from insert to insert. These offer extra torsional stiffness, edge hold and pop. The sintered Ultra Glide S base is fast and stays that way if you maintain it properly.

Mere information
Snowboards er som regel leveret klar til brug med en vokset base og slebede kanter. Men denne såkaldte fabriksklargøring er ikke særlig holdbar og dit nye snowboard bør vokses efter et par dage og vedligholdes på regelmæssig basis.
