Unlike most kids' boards, the Jones Prodigy is not made for the first turns but for youngsters who are already ripping properly and need a board that supports them. Built with the same high-quality materials as adult boards, the Prodigy also delivers the same performance as the big ones.

Shape
The Directional Twin Shape is perfect for improving your switch skills. In deep snow, the blunt nose ensures less snow comes over the sides of your nose than it would with a regular shape. This means you get the benefits of a longer traditional nose without the extra weight. 

Profile
The CamRock profile consists of a camber between the legs and a larger rocker at the nose than at the tail. This keeps the board highly manoeuvrable in pow and gives it additional buoyancy. The camber offers you good edge hold and fast power transmission.

Flex
The medium flex (4/10) is playful but offers enough control and response.

Construction
The FSC™ Classic Core is an all-wood premium poplar core with pop, even flex, and solid durability. The Biax fibreglass provides a playful and snappy ride. Super Sap bio resin is plant-based and used instead of petroleum-based epoxy, making production more environmentally friendly. The ECO-Plastic Topsheet is made from castor seeds. This biomaterial is light, resistant to scratches and breaks, and water—and snow-repellent. The Extruded 5000 Base rounds off the construction. The stable base is easy to clean and highly durable.
