The lightweight Patagonia Snowdrifter Jacket is designed for dynamic high performance in the backcountry. It combines stretch fabric for good performance on the climb with the best weather protection to keep you comfortably dry no matter where your hunt for powder takes you.
The H2No™ Performance Standard fabric is a supple, 3-layer laminate with stretchy, 100 % recycled ripstop polyester that allows free movement, blocks wind and moisture, and withstands tough conditions. A DWR (durable water repellent) impregnation does not allow moisture to penetrate the fabric and makes it more abrasion resistant.
A lining of soft polyester knit wicks away wetness, increases comfort and glides easily onto the next layer. The helmet-compatible, dual-adjustable hood has a soft, laminated peak for unobstructed visibility, and the Cohaesive™ drawcord system with integrated drawcord stoppers in the hood and hem allows for comfortable adjustment and avoids loose ends. Underarm zips create ventilation when the heat is on, a slim, fully adjustable snow skirt and fitted, adjustable cuffs keep snow and cold out safely, even on blustery days.
Features include two handwarmer pockets, a chest pocket (incl. media pocket with cable guide), a lift pass pocket on the left forearm and an open inner pocket for goggles and gloves. With integrated RECCO® reflector for avalanche rescue.
