Shape
With its longer nose, the directional shape provides float in powder, stability, and control at high speeds while also delivering pop. The tapered shape means a narrower tail than the nose, ensuring smooth turn initiation, speed stability, and better float in deep snow.

Profile
The directional camber profile with a 5 mm camber offers high stability and excellent edge control. A slight early rise in the nose helps the board glide effortlessly through deep snow.

Flex
The flex is stiffer at the nose and tail to reduce vibrations and ensure stability. The medium flex between the bindings ensures optimal energy transfer from edge to edge.

Construction
The Algal Core is made from vertically laminated aspen wood, reinforced with four algae-based polyurethane foam stringers running from tip to tail. This innovative construction reduces weight and provides excellent damping. The Algal Wall is a seamless semi-cap sidewall made from bio-based polyurethane, designed to enhance damping and stability. Every WNDR Alpine product, including the Belle Aire, is manufactured using microalgae oil—a renewable resource used throughout production.
