Product description
Experience the possibilities this ski has to offer
The LINE Bacon 108 comes with brand new Thin Tips, Thick-Cut Sidewalls and Bio Resin technologies and is a refined and improved iteration of the popular Sir Francis Bacon. With a versatile 108 mm waist, symmetrical flex, lower swing weight and improved stability, the Bacon 108 is your ticket to an all-mountain freestyle ski that glides through powder without sacrificing piste and park performance.
Riding Style
An all-mountain/powder ski for advanced riders. Shape, design, profile and construction have been specially tuned to deliver the best performance in powder. At the same time it offers top performance for hard slopes and versatility for any terrain anywhere on the mountain.
Shape
With the Directional Shape the nose is slightly wider than the tail. The bindings and the sidecut are slightly set back towards the tail. This increases the stability at higher speeds and the uplift in soft snow.
Profile
This ski comes with a classic camber under the binding and a rocker in the tip and tail areas. This keeps the ski extremely manoeuvrable in powder and offers great uplift. The camber provides edge hold, pop and fast power transmission.
Construction
The Maple Macroblock™ core consists of 2 maple stringers surrounded by aspen wood for maximum strength and durability. The extra thin tips reduce swing weight, for easier swing initiation and easier spins. Thick Cut Sidewalls provide additional material under the bindings to increase edge grip and improve stability.

Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
