Product description
The Master of Turns
The Vertical is packed with top-notch tech to help you shred steep, deep and challenging lines in tough backcountry terrain. The 3D nose in combination with an additional set of float inserts increases buoyancy in powder when it comes to going to the limit.
Riding style
The Vertical is designed for advanced and expert riders who charge every line hard and are always looking for new challenges.
Shape
The directional shape ensures uplift for trips out into the powder, offers stability and control and guarantees pop. The taper means the nose is wider than the tail and promotes smooth turn entry and exit, stability at speed and enhanced deep snow uplift. The larger volume in the front area allows you to make effortless turns in deep and soft snow and increases the float enormously.
Profile
The traditional camber profile consists of one positive camber from nose to tail. This profile offers high stability, good edge control and plenty of pop. However, camber boards tend to catch edge more easily than other profiles.
Flex
The medium flex is ideal for the design of this board. Hard enough for powerful turns but still soft enough for a playful ride
Construction
The Pop woodcore is made of poplar wood and reinforced with beech stringers. This ensures a light core, a smooth flex and good power transmission at the same time. The sintered base is an industry standard for high-quality bases. It offers a good balance between the speed achieved by a hard base and good wax absorbance.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
