DELIVERY
Austrian Post:
- If nobody is present at the given address to accept the delivery, a notification will be left and your parcel will be stored at the nearest parcel shop, where it will be available for collection for 7 days. Track your delivery here.
FedEx
- Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
- If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
- Alternatively, you could provide a signed confirmation authorising the carrier to leave your package in a safe location if you’re not available at the delivery address. Please note that in such cases, the carrier is not responsible for any loss or damage of the package(s).
NOTE: We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. To ensure the quickest delivery possible, we may ship items from your order separately. As a result, you might receive multiple deliveries, possibly through different carriers and methods, each with its own delivery time. Rest assured, we'll provide you with individual tracking information for each shipment, so you can monitor the progress of your items every step of the way.

BEZORGPOGINGEN
- Levering op werkdagen van maandag tot vrijdag.
- Indien niemand beschikbaar is op het leveradres om uw zending in ontvangt te nemen, laat uw chauffeur een niet thuis kaart achter. Controleer de niet thuis kaart om te zien of we uw pakket bij de buren geleverd hebben of voor de trackinginformatie en de datum van de volgende leverpoging.
- Als alternatief kunt u ook een ondertekende bevestiging of een drop-off vergunning zonder handtekening verstrekken die de vervoerder toestemming geeft om uw pakket op een veilige plek achter te laten als u niet op het afleveradres bent. Houd er rekening mee dat de koerier in dergelijke gevallen niet aansprakelijk is voor verlies of schade van het/de pakket(ten).
- Onze winkels verzenden enkele van onze bestellingen. Als jouw bestelde producten sneller beschikbaar zijn in een van onze winkels dan in het magazijn, dan zal de winkel het pakket versturen met standaard verzending. We verontschuldigen ons voor dit ongemak.

We deliver surfboards, SUP boards and bulky items (e.g. Surfboard Bags, Hardcase travel bags, etc.) via FedEx Freight.

DELIVERY
- Delivery takes place on working days from Monday to Friday.
- To ensure smooth delivery, please enter your telephone number next to the address in the order process. A time slot for the delivery will be arranged with you by the parcel service via telephone. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, a pick-up at the responsible parcel terminal or a second fee-based delivery date can be arranged.
EXCEPTION OF RETURN
If your order was shipped with FedEx Freight, you will have to cover the costs of the return shipment.

Once your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier, you can stay up-to-date with the status of your delivery by using the parcel service’s tracking tool with your order tracking number:
