Payment options
The following information is for payment options in Switzerland:
PayPal is a payment service that allows you to easily, quickly and securely pay online. All you need is a PayPal account. Registration is free.
Payment process
- Select "PayPal" as payment method in the checkout process.
- You will be redirected to PayPal, where you have to log into your account to confirm the purchase.
- There are no transaction costs.
- Your order will be processed immediately.
If you don't complete the payment right away, your order will be saved and you can do so later on. Simply go to "My orders" in your customer account, select the order and click "Not paid yet - pay now". We will process your order as soon as you have confirmed the payment.
You can also use PayPal when ordering on the phone or per email. Let us know on the phone or in your ordering email and will we send you a PayPal payment link.
With credit card you can pay quickly and 100% securely. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, Discover, Maestro and in France also Carte Bancaire.
Whether you are already registered or not, you will be automatically redirected to the site of your bank during the payment process. To complete the order, please follow the steps indicated there.
Upon completion of some orders, a 3DS authentication will be carried out. Authentication guarantees the particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the internet using special encryption procedures.
With Klarna you have various options for paying for your order:
Pay Now
This payment method provides you with an uncomplicated and secure option for automatic payments directly during the order process.
Pay in 30
You only pay after delivery and after you have decided which products you want to keep. You have 30 days to pay and there are no fees.
Requirements for the Klarna payment option:
- You are 18 years or older
- Your delivery and billing address are identical.
- The items ordered do not include gift vouchers. It is possible to redeem vouchers, but it is not possible to order vouchers.
- The identity and credit check is successful with the data you provided
You can manage your payment directly in the Klarna app. If you have any questions, Klarna customer service is also available directly in the Klarna app.

With this option, you can transfer the billing amount directly to our bank account. As soon as we have received your payment, we can continue processing your order. Please note that the transfer between banks can take up to 2 business days.
Payment process
- Select “Prepayment” as payment method in the checkout process.
- Once you have completed your order, we will send you an email with all payment information and our bank details. You can also find them here.
- Simply transfer the billing amount to our bank account (make sure that you select “no charge to the recipient”).
- Indicate your name and order number as payment reference to guarantee quick processing.

Please note that payments in currencies other than the Euro can be subject to additional costs.
With PayPal Express you can directly access your PayPal account and transfer all billing and delivery information to save time while ordering.
Payment process:
- Add your items to the shopping basket.
- Select "PayPal Express" as payment method in the checkout process.
- You will be redirected to PayPal Express, where you have to log into your account to confirm the purchase.
- All required billing and delivery information will be transferred automatically and filled into our order form, so you don't have to re-type your addresses.
- If you want your order delivered to a different address, you can change it in the last step of the checkout process on the order confirmation page.
- Please check all your details on the overview page before confirming your order.
- Your order will be processed immediately.
- There are no transaction costs.
Please note that for payments from non-euro countries, charges may occur if you transfer the amount in foreign currency. This can happen when paying by prepayment. We recommend that you always transfer money in Euro.
