Product description
For demanding freestyle tricks in the backcountry
The Mountain Twin Pro is a powerful, directional twin freestyle board, built for experienced freeriders who want to land the most difficult tricks in the backcountry. A balanced rocker in the tip and tail provides plenty of float in powder, while the camber underfoot offers incredible pop and edge hold.
Riding style
A freeride / freestyle board for experts - This board offers everything you need to transfer your freestyle skills into the backcountry. The CamRock profile offers good float and edge hold and enables you to make controlled starts and landings, whether forward or switch.
Shape
The directional twin shape of this board is actually a perfectly symmetrical true twin shape, but with a slightly longer nose. This shape gives you the same riding characteristics both forward and switch, with a little more uplift in powder. Traction Tech 3.0, the corrugated edge, ensures the best edge hold in all conditions.
Profile
The CamRock profile combines a classic camber between the bindings with an even rocker in nose and tail. Precision and pop for park and slope, good uplift in powder. An extremely versatile profile for any terrain. Just like the shape of a spoon, the 3D Contour Base 2.0 lifts the contact points off the snow to prevent catching edge and increase float in soft snow. The 2.0 version has a balance of 4 mm bevelling in the nose and 4 mm in the tail. The spoon-shaped bevel starts at the rocker point.
Flex
The medium-stiff flex ensures precise control and fast board response.
Construction
The triple-density Power Core comes with hardwood bamboo stringers for added pop and durability, and paulownia for weight savings. The synthetic core material Koroyd is the lightest and most cushioning core material ever tested by Jones. It absorbs vibrations and provides more response at a fraction of the weight of wood. The basalt stringers help to transfer power to the edges, improve the torsional behaviour and additionally dampen the board. The Carbon/Innegra fibres form an ultra-strong hybrid composite layer that dampens the board in torsion and from tip to tail. The thin ash veneer layer acts both as a protective top layer and as an additional reinforcing layer.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
