    Product description

    Vintage-freestyle with modern features

Quiver-of-one versatility for carving, slashing, and blasting across the entire mountain. Kick open the door to progressive freestyle performance with the Super Blackops 98. Its lively wood core and energy boosting titanal layers give it plenty of pop to inspire your next run. The mountain is your playground, and this is the perfect platform.

    Riding Style
A fun all-mountain / freestyle ski for advanced riders - creativity is key, whether in the park or on the slopes. Good times never stop with the Super Blackops 98.

    Shape
This ski features a directional twin shape. The nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail, with a central binding position. Therefore, the ski offers you the same riding characteristics forward and switch. However, thanks to the slightly wider nose, you get more float in soft snow.

    Profile
This ski features classic camber under the binding and a rocker in the tip and tail. This allows the ski to remain highly manoeuvrable in powder and offers good flotation. The camber provides edge hold, pop and quick power transfer.

    Construction
The PEFC poplar wood core provides a good balance between dampening, elasticity and weight saving. The rectangular sidewall has a horizontal core material layer in combination with continuous vertical sidewalls for optimised edge grip, precision, balance and performance.  The Vibration Absorber System (VAS) dampens chatter for smooth snow contact, delivering confidence and control in all variable snow conditions. TI PLUS BEAM is a Titanal insert under the binding, increasing the power for improved edge grip and energy over the entire length of the ski.

    More information

Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.

Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
