Amplifi is a German Company which crafts protectors , backpacks and accessories for snowboarding and freeskiing. The philosophy behind the brand is simple. Every product has been tested, ridden and broken in its development. In their own words; ‘We Ride it, we test it, we break stuff. Quality protection – Designed in Germany

Amplifi is based in Germany, in the Allgäuer Alps Region. From their Headquarters, it is a short 5-minute walk to the gondola of Obersdorf. This means the designers, workers and Team Riders can test ride and give instant feedback to the design process. The company is immensely proud of their German design heritage – no compromise in style or quality. Our very own Team Riders, Urška Pribošič and Anna Rumiha trust Amplifi when they're ripping, park, urban or backcountry on their snowboards.

Amplifi Protectors

The pinnacle of Amplifi's design is their protectors. The German company has developed a serious amount of tech for their products. Here are some of the more revolutionary technologies which Amplifi use:

• Armourgel® ;- The latest in flexible protection. An ingenious mixture of silicone and S-Cell technology incorporated into Amplifi protectors. Armourgel® absorbs and dissipates shocks even after multiple hits.
• SASTEC – A German creation, this is the industry standard soft foam protection. The foam can take multiple hits, is lightweight, ergonomic, well ventilated and hand washable.
• Body Map Construction – Protectors is designed around scientific body scan to ensure you have protection where you need it.
• Articulating Design – Allows total freedom of movement without compromising safety and comfort
• Miharo 6+ - , A natural coconut based textile. Anti-bacterial, anti-static, odour-free properties combined with UV protection, water repellency and moisture wicking.

Amplifi also creates accessories for riding such as face masks, leashes and stomp pads. They also manufacture bags, backpacks for riding in the backcountry and board bags ; for taking your skis or snowboard around the world.
