Coal has always been known as a versatile company - they make multi-functional headwear. Now, the brand has branched out to create streetwear. The brand has never compromised and hasn't started now. With the new collection, there is a new logo too: the Navigator, from the legendary graphic designer Adam Draplin.

The story behind Coal Headwear

Coal's story began in 2002. To get to the point, a couple of Seattle- based friends thought that hats should be more than just an afterthought. Caps and beanies do so much more than just keep your head warm or protect you from the sun. They have become an integral part of streetwear and reflect the individuality and personality of the wearer. Skateboarding, art and the outdoors have all shaped and inspired Coal's designs and their relaxed vibe.
