Product description
The versatile powder and park ski for the next generation
The Atomic Bent Chetler Mini has the same features and technologies as the adult model and stands for brilliant big-mountain performance paired with freestyle character. This model is designed for ambitious kids aged around 8 to 13 who want limitless skiing fun in a wide range of conditions. The innovative skis in the Bent series are the brainchild of the legendary Chris Benchetler, who is literally responsible for the Atomic Bent models.
Riding Style
A freeride/freestyle ski for young riders. Shape, design, profile and construction have been specifically tuned to deliver the best performance in powder and on soft slopes. However, there is still enough edge grip for fast turns on hard pistes.
Shape
This ski is equipped with a directional shape, the nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail. This means that the ski offers you the same forward and switch characteristics. However, thanks to the slightly wider nose, you get a little more lift in soft snow.
Profile
The Powder Rocker profile combines a tip and tail rocker with a regular camber under the binding. This profile gives the ski a lot of pop and control. The rocker in the nose and tail, combined with a centre width of 90 mm, makes the ski a little more forgiving and gives it more float in deep snow.
Construction
The Dura Cap Sidewall has a cap construction in the tip and tail and a sidewall under the binding. The cap construction in the front and back reduces swing weight, while the sidewall makes the ski more robust and provides stability and reliability on harder surfaces, as well as a smooth ride. A core of Densolite foam dampens vibrations and makes the ski agile.

Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
