K2 Farout 2021 Bindings - feel like home off the slopes

This binding was built with backcountry durability, crowd avoidance, and all-day comfort in mind. The Far Out comes outfitted with a lightweight Aluminum Splitboard-Specific Chassis and a quick and easy Pinless Speed-Rail Mounting System. The Tool-less Forward Lean Adjustments with Touring Mode is here to ensure things are as effortless as possible when out past the gates.

Baseplate
The baseplate consists of an aluminum splitboard-specific chassis and a Pinless Speed-Rail Mounting System, designed for proven backcountry durability. The aluminum ensures lightweight, which is necessary when climbing up, as well as a direct power transmission, which makes undiscovered powder slopes a safe experience.​ Based on a tried and true splitboard baseplate, this chassis works with a splitboard puck-mount system and features an easy-to-use rail and hook system for the interchange between walk and ride modes.

Highback
A Lexan polycarbonate highback is exceptionally light and offers direct power transmission to have a lot of fun and absolute control while snowboarding on powder. You can adjust the forward lean with touring mode quickly and easily without any other tools.

Straps
The Sender™ Ankle Strap is a padless, responsive, comfortable, and low-profile ankle strap that was built to optimize power transfer and look damn good. Combined with the Perfect fit 2.0™ Toe Strap, fitting right and looking better is a done project. The Perfect Fit™ 2.0 Strap is engineered to provide maximum adjustability and fit every boot, no matter the brand.

Attention: This binding does not include an interface. For the attachment to the splitboard you need a Voile interface.
