Two-time world surfing champion John John Florence uses the low-profile The Heat Watch made by Nixon to time his heats in the World Surf League. However, it is of course also intended for timing various sports and is very solid and robust.
It comes with a minimalist design, is incredibly light and provides a quick overview with a special LCD module.

Clockwork and timer
One of the highlights of the Heat is the Final Countdown Timer to indicate the last 60 seconds of your countdown. This allows for stepping up your game during the last seconds. Daytime display, day and date display with automatic calendar until 2099, chronograph, pre-set timers and individual timer settings make it easier for you to organize your day and training. 

Construction
The 8 mm slim Heat is made of hardened mineral glass and stainless steel buttons. This makes it capable of withstanding high stress during competitions and hard training sessions.
As JJF's trusted companion, it naturally has to perform in the water. With a water resistance of up to 100 metres, you are well equipped for every surfing and swimming session.
The strap is 20 mm wide for an optimal fit and the perforated design is breathable. The double buckle keeps it securely on your wrist.
