Thinsulate
Known as the ‘warmth without bulk’ padding, Thinsulate™ is a type of insulation that offers exceptional warmth whilst being extremely lightweight and low profile. Thinsulate™ works by trapping air in its very fine fibres and reflecting it back to the body. The result is a breathable, wicking and super warm insulator that is used throughout the entirety of the snow outerwear range and in most of the adventure series.

About O'Neill
In 1952 Jack O'Neill set up a small surf shop on the shores of San Francisco. Despite none of his friends believing in him, he went on to build the world's leading wetsuit company in just a few years, which is now known for high-quality streetwear, snowwear, shoes and accessories in addition to surfwear. It just goes to show - if you want something bad enough don't let anything hold you back. We truly and wholeheartedly identify with this story as it rings so close to home with Blue Tomato being built up in much the same way.
