The Scott Backcountry Patrol AP 30 Kit includes with the new Alpride E1 airbag system. The system is the lightest fully electronic airbag system on the market and has several advantages. No more changing cartridges, you just have to charge the system via USB (or batteries). You can travel without restrictions as don't have a cartridge and most important, thanks to supercapacitor technology, even the coldest temperatures can't harm your system.
