The Black Tip is equipped with Carver's Durafusion laminate. This high-density, impermeable thermoplastic layer is fused to the underside of the board to improve strength and durability and extend the life of the deck. The board is pressed in Carver's innovative Hyperspoon shape, which folds upwards on three sides at the nose for a better grip on the front foot.
