€ 4.90 - Free shipping on orders over € 75.

FedEx
- Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
- If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
- Alternatively, you can also provide a signed confirmation that authorizes FedEx to leave your package at a safe spot if you’re not at the delivery address.
GLS
If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification and try again on the next business day. If the second attempt remains unsuccessful, your parcel will be deposited at a nearby post office. You can collect your order within the next 5 days before it is returned to us.
Returns
Free returns on orders over € 50, excluding orders from Livigno.
If you use the return label, please return your package to a UPS Access Point. To find your closest Access Point, click here.

Hint
Please enter your phone number and email address in the checkout process, so we can notify you as soon as your parcel is on its way. It also helps us to quickly clarify any questions about your order and provide you with the best service possible.
You can collect your order in one of our shops free of charge. Simply select “Collect in store” as delivery option in the last step of the checkout process and pick your shop location. We will send you an email as soon as your goods are ready for pick up. You can easily try on the goods and return them if necessary.

RETURNS

Our shops ship some of our orders. In case your products were faster available in one of our shops than from our warehouse, the shop will send them with standard shipping. We apologise for this inconvenience.
SURF- & SUP-BOARDS & BULKY ITEMS
We deliver surfboards, SUP boards and bulky items (e.g. Surfboard Bags, Hardcase travel bags, etc.) via FedEx Freight.

- Delivery takes place on working days from Monday to Friday.
- To ensure smooth delivery, please enter your telephone number next to the address in the order process. A time slot for the delivery will be arranged with you by the parcel service via telephone. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, a pick-up at the responsible parcel terminal or a second fee-based delivery date can be arranged.
EXCEPTION OF RETURN
If your order was shipped with FedEx Freight, you will have to cover the costs of the return shipment.

- Deliveries are on business days between Monday and Friday.
- If at the time of delivery, there is nobody at the address indicated for the shipment, the courier will leave a notification and a second delivery attempt will be organized. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel will remain in storage for 5 days before being automatically returned to the sender.
FedEx
- Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.

Order Tracking
You can see the processing status of your order in your customer account or under order tracking.
Once your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier, you can stay up-to-date with the status of your delivery by using the parcel service’s tracking tool with your order tracking number:
