Product description
The perfect start for your park and pipe freeski career
Get this early release model before everyone else.
The ARV 84 is Armada's entry-level all-mountain freestyle model. It offers everything you expect from a freestyle ski, without any superfluous frills. Thanks to the AR50 Sidewall construction and the 2.5 Impact Edge, you don't have to worry about your skis when learning your first tricks in the park. The ARV 84 can take anything you throw at it.
Riding style
A freestyle/park ski for beginners. This ski comes with all the features you need as a budding park rider. It is very robust and designed for all features in the park: kickers, pipes, rails and boxes. Of course, it can also be used everywhere else on the mountain without any problems.
Shape
This ski comes with a Directional Twin shape, the nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail, with a central binding position. Thus the ski offers you the same skiing characteristics forward and switch. However, thanks to the slightly wider nose you get a little more uplift in fresh snow.
Profile
This ski comes with a classic Camber under the binding and a Rocker in the nose and tail. This profile is perfect for any terrain. Precision and pop for park and slope, good uplift in soft snow. The Rocker in the nose and tail also creates an additional, loose, tilt-free riding experience.
Flex
The medium flex makes the ski hard enough for powerful turns, but still soft enough for a playful ride.
Construction
The AR50 sidewall construction comes with a cap construction in tip and tail and with a sidewall under the binding. The cap construction in tip and tail reduces the swing weight, while the sidewall makes the ski more robust. The S7 base is robust and low maintenance and comes with a speed additive for more speed. The poplar / composite core is made of poplar wood and an Injectzone foam material. This core offers high performance and damping, with the lowest possible manufacturing costs.

Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
