Product description
In the range for two years already, it's hard to imagine life without it: World Peace
The World Peace has been in the K2 range for two years and is designed to help you learn tricks. It comes with a consistent flex thanks to the Aspen Core and the Twin Tip Shape ensures equal feel in both directions. Biaxial fibreglass adds pop to the playful board and the soft flex is forgiving and fun for presses and butters.
Riding style
The World Peace is your board for park runs, jibs, sidehits and butters. Freestyle is very important here.
Shape
The World Peace comes in a true twin shape. Nose and tail have the same length and width and are combined with centred, radial waisting. The snowboard rides forward as well as switch exactly the same.
Profile
The Twin Combination Camber profile is a versatile twin rocker design and perfectly tuned to the needs of freestyle riding. A camber between the bindings and a very slight rocker in tip and tail - butter and jib without losing pop and response.
Flex
The soft flex is forgiving, playful and great for presses and buttering.
Construction
The classic Aspen Core offers a constant flex and pleasant response. The biaxial glass increases stability and you enjoy a lot of pop. K2 uses a fast, sintered base on the World Peace. It absorbs wax deep into the pores and offers extremely good gliding properties with good care.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
