FedEx and blue-tomato customer support team - could do better

1) My delivery took 2 weeks without any notification package was send back
2) when I was asked if I want my package to be resend - they did a refund instead of sending me a package again
3) all support team did nothing to help me. Just telling that they contacted FedEx and so on. I got information about refund only when I went to FedEx office myself.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately we have to rely on the currier once we sent the parcel.
We contacted the curer and check what was the problem with your delivery but unfortunately we were not successful and the currier returned the Parcel to sender.
The colleges in our returns department unfortunately processed the Return automatically and that is why you received the money back automatically.
I apologize again for the inconvenience!
