Product description
The former Annex now boasts a new name and the best features
Arbor Snowboards and Bryan Iguchi have teamed up to develop Bryan’s dream board, the GPS. It perfectly balances outstanding performance in technical terrain and precise edge control on groomed runs. A camber profile, carbon stringers, and a directional shape with taper offer high-performance riding with snap, pop, and incredible control.
Riding Style
This is an all-mountain/Freeride board for advanced riders. It is perfect for fast turns on the slopes and in the backcountry. It offers plenty of float in deep powder and reliable performance and stability in challenging terrain.
Shape
With its longer nose, the directional shape provides float in powder, stability, control at high speeds, and plenty of pop. The tapered design, with a narrower tail than the nose, allows for smooth turn initiation, speed stability, and increased float in deep snow. The additional volume in the front section makes for effortless turns in soft, deep snow and greatly enhances float. Arbor’s Grip Tech offers excellent edge control on hard snow and ice by extending the edges underfoot slightly.
Profile
The System Camber profile consists of a positive camber with a slight rocker in the nose and tail. This profile offers high stability, excellent edge control, and plenty of pop. The rocker smooths it out and reduces the chance of catching an edge. The Uprise Fenders system raises the outer contact points off the snow, with the edges at the nose and tail contact points tilted up by 3°. This creates a playful ride without catching edges.
Flex
The stiff flex provides precise control and quick responsiveness.
Construction
The Highland III core is made from poplar and paulownia. It has the highest amount of paulownia in the Arbor line. Mixed glassing combines triax over biax fiberglass, creating a highly versatile flex. The 360 sidewalls fully wrap around the board, significantly increasing its durability and stability. The sintered base is very fast and stays that way with proper care. The bio-plastic topsheet is more environmentally friendly than traditional topsheets, reducing environmental impact.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
