Product description
The ultimate all-rounder
Since its introduction, the ARV 106 has been Armada's most versatile all-mountain freestyle ski and is ideal for riders who want to master any terrain with just one pair of skis. The Smear Tech 3D Base bevel in the tip and tail lets you float effortlessly through powder while offering a fun ride. The AR75 construction and a poplar-ash wood core absorb vibrations and give it stability. Shred the pro park or surf the white wave, this ski can handle any terrain.
Riding Style
All-mountain freestyle/park ski for advanced shredders. The versatile shape combined with a hybrid camber profile makes this ski perfect for freestyle riding in any terrain. No matter if park, slope or backcountry, you can ride it just anywhere.
Shape
This ski comes with a Directional Twin shape, the nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail, with a central binding position. Thus the ski offers you the same skiing characteristics forward and switch. However, thanks to the slightly wider nose you get a little more uplift in the soft snow.
Profile
This ski comes with a classic Camber under the binding and a Rocker in the nose and tail. This profile is perfect for any terrain. Precision and pop for park and slope, good uplift in soft snow. The Rocker in the nose and tail also creates an additional, loose, tilt-free riding experience. Just like the shape of a spoon, Smear Tech 3-D Base technology lifts the contact points on the nose and tail off the snow to prevent catching edge and increase uplift in pow.
Flex
The medium-stiff flex ensures precise control and fast ski response.
Construction
The AR75 sidewall construction comes with a cap construction in tip and tail and with a sidewall under the binding. The cap construction in tip and tail reduces the swing weight, while the sidewall makes the ski more robust. The poplar/ash wood core combines lightweight wood with a denser, stiffer wood in a horizontal laminate, for an incredibly lively ride. The S7 base is robust and low maintenance and comes with a speed additive for more speed.

Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
