YOWPipe 32" Power Surfing Series Surfskate

A tribute to the famous Pipeline in Hawaii

Pipeline, on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, is the Mecca of surfing. An incredibly strong wave breaking on a very shallow and sharp reef, creating one of the most perfect barrels in the world. The design of the YOW Pipe 32'' surfskate is inspired by the classic Lightning Bolt surfboard by Gerry Lopez, an absolute pipe legend and Mr Pipeline himself.

Power Surfing Series
The boards of the Power Surfing series have a longer wheelbase and a medium concave, which directly affects the way your surfskate feels during turns. A perfect combination if you want to focus on practising wide and fast turns, pumps or just a more fluid line.

Riding style
The movement on the YOW board is so similar to that on a surfboard that it acts as a surf trainer, as you directly learn the posture and weight shift required for surfing.

The YOW System
The latest generation YOW Meraki S5 Surfskate system is significantly lighter than its predecessor. The wide turn-in of the front truck enables tight turns, but is slightly less manoeuvrable than the S4 system thanks to the 5 mm spring. It was designed for riders over 50 kg body weight and for anyone who prefers a more stable ride.

Setup
The trucks and wheels are perfectly adjusted to the board. The soft wheels provide the best grip and speed, even on rough surfaces. The deck comes in a proven maple wood construction.
