Product description
Designed for aspiring freeride kids
The Studio Grom is the ideal ski for aspiring freeride kids whose skills will impress even experienced riders. The ski is more or less a replica of the Studio 2, but in shorter lengths. A smooth rocker in tip and tail allow for effortless turning and buttering, while the anti-chip micro cap construction and 2.2 mm edges ensure this ski is built to last.
Riding Style
An all-mountain / freeride ski for youngsters. Whether you're shredding the park, piste, or powder, this ski performs brilliantly all over the mountain.
Shape
This ski features a directional twin shape. The nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail, with a central binding position. Therefore, the ski offers you the same riding characteristics forward and switch. However, thanks to the slightly wider nose, you get more float in soft snow.
Profile
This Ski comes with a classic camber under the binding and an even rocker in nose and tail. Precision and pop for park and pipe, good float in soft snow. The rocker in the nose and tail also creates a catch-free, loose ride.
Flex
The medium-stiff flex ensures precise control and responsiveness at high speeds.
Construction
The poplar/ash core offers a vibration-free ride on firm snow. A solid base for massive landings and more than enough pop and flex to get creative. Extra thick XL 2.2 mm edges increase durability, especially on rails, boxes and ledges. The micro-cap construction is a hybrid of a high-quality sandwich construction and a robust cap construction. This protects sensitive areas of the ski that may be prone to chipping.

Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
