Product description
The evolution of the Basic for high performance on the whole mountain
The Basic Uninc Rdm from YES is the evolution of the Basic and is designed for riders who want to rock the whole mountain. With a reactive camber profile and agile flex, it provides control in any terrain, while the twin shape makes it a perfect freestyle weapon.
Riding style
The Basic is a ride-it-all board for advanced riders who want to use every corner in the resort.
Shape
As a true twin, the basic is completely symmetrical: shape, flex and sidecut. It drives switch like normal. The Underbite Outline ensures even easier turn initiation and best edge hold.
Profile
The camber profile provides a reactive ride, best edge hold and fast response. So no slope is too steep and no ground too icy.
Flex
The stiffer flex of this board gives you instant feedback and tons of snap underfoot.
Construction
The Basic Uninc comes with the poplar, paulownia and bamboo core. Lighter and with more response than a poplar core, this core replaces 30 % of the poplar wood with paulownia. Two full-length bamboo stringers provide extra pop and respose. The Triax fibreglass offers versatile flex and responsiveness. The Sintered True Base absorbs more wax than an extruded base and, with the right care, offers you masses of speed.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
