A skateboard deck should not be a disposable product. This was the vision when KAPE founder Peter started designing the first decks in his garage in 2013. His home-made decks were so popular with his friends that he founded KAPE Skateboards in 2014 - not with the goal of making profit, but to make skateboarding more sustainable and improve the game.

The ultralight decks are not only the most stable in the world, they also retain their pop. The materials used and the special construction ensure that the deck feels like new even after a long time. With an average weight of 1160 grams, the bamboo-carbon construction is one of the lightest on the market. This makes higher and further jumping a piece of cake.

Carboslick - The best skateboards from KAPE
The best decks of the brand - and perhaps even the world - are the brand new Carboslick decks. Designed for high and maximum performance, the Carboslick decks are the number one choice of the KAPE pros like Simon Stricker or Phil Josephu. The decks are different from conventional decks. Although the decks are only 8.5mm thin, they are probably the most stable in the world. 4 layers of maple, carbon, fiberglass and the KAPE company secret make the deck extremely stable. Thanks to the use of polyamide, the tail lasts 4 times longer than on normal decks and provides an extra portion of pop. An ultra-thin topsheet, similar to high-end snowboards, gives you smoothed and controlled slides without scratching the graphics.

The team riders describe the decks as "unbreakable". KAPE says "Nothing is indestructible, but our carboslick decks are getting close."
