Express Delivery

FedEx Express World Flatrate

For orders sent to addresses outside of the EU and Europe, FedEx Express costs are calculated depending on the weight of your parcel. You will see the exact shipping costs for your order in the checkout process. Please note that exact costs for bulky items (e.g. large suitcases, surfboards, etc.) can't be calculated in advance, because package dimensions also influence costs for air freight. VAT

If you have a non-EU delivery address, product prices are displayed without VAT. The delivery is carried out by FedEx, who will issue you with an import customs bill when your order enters the country.

Taxes

Regulations vary between countries, so we can’t give you exact information on the amount of the customs duties charged. However, FedEx will take care of the import and all required paper work.
Unfortunately, we can’t assume liability for any customs duties, so please inform yourself of your country’s customs regulations.

Guarantee

If your package gets lost on its way to you, you are covered by FedEx, who will refund you the full amount of your order.

You can see the processing status of your order in your customer account or under order tracking.

Once your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier, you can stay up-to-date with the status of your delivery by using the parcel service’s tracking tool with your order tracking number:
