The freestyle board par excellence with a new shape

The Bataleon Moodboard is designed for freestyle and park riding. The shape is forgiving while still providing enough pop and snap for any obstacle you find in the park. It was basically designed for the park but also performs well on the piste and in powder to give you fun rides. In collaboration with GlitterStudio, Bataleon bring function and dreamy graphics.

Riding style
The mood board is designed for the park. But it is so stable and controllable at the same time that you will never lose control off-piste or during a powder kicker session.

Shape
There is only one suitable shape in the park and it is called Twin. And the Moodboard naturally has a twin 3BT™ shape with a symmetrical tip and tail. Balance and stability, no matter how you jump or land. SideKick™ tips increase edge uplift at the widest points of the nose and tail for even easier turn initiation, more float and better handling in difficult terrain.

Profile
Twin 3BT™ offers a relatively wide centrebase and only subtle edge uplift. This provides more control during presses or fast approaches. The medium camber is perfectly proportioned for flexibility on rails and enough pop for kicker lines.

Flex
The medium flex (4/10) is just the right mix of playfulness and control. 

Construction
The Pop Core made of poplar wood is a classic, reactive, durable core. In addition, the Biax laminate provides great press and pop properties and fast manoeuvrability. The sintered Hyper Glide S base is hard and fast and remains so when well maintained.
