Chloe Kim is the first female gold medal winner in the halfpipe at the World Championships. She recently joined the Roxy Team of over 100 other awesome female surf-, snow- and skate talents. After her huge success, the 20 year old now studies at Princeton and trains for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.

It’s important for me to partner with brands that support my dreams both on and off the mountain and I couldn’t be more excited to join the ROXY family!

About Roxy

Roxy – the brand for surf- and snowboardgirls. It started as the female equivalent to Quiksilver, a brand that started as a water sports retailer and slowly expanded the collection. The womens brand started as a swimwear line in 1992 and because of immediate success, the collection expanded to be an iconic brand for women and girls today. Roxy also supports charities, schools and organisations with improvements in education, health and our environment.

Chloe is the perfect example of one who is making waves and moving mountains every day and we are excited to start this next chapter by her side

Chloe Kim on 2020 and family

2020 has been a crazy year for everyone and nothing is really sure at the moment. Chloe says in an interview with ELLE: “Keep your loved ones close.” She stays positive through this time of uncertainty and advises to spend more time with the family and close friends.

Her plans for the 2022 Olympics

As she hasn’t trained much for the last Olympics where she actually won the gold medal, she plans to stay relaxed. Since no one really knows how this pandemic is going to affect the 2022 Olympics, she plans to approach them “just chilling”!
