Highback
The AsymChannel Highback is a more flexible highback in the Rome product line-up, but the reactivity has been slightly increased to improve performance for turns and tricks on the heel edge. The unique highback canting allows you to adjust the highback exactly to the lateral angle of your foot.

Baseplate
New this year, the Katana comes with the AsymWrap baseplate and additional DuraCush™ cushioning for light weight and plenty of comfort on hard landings. AsymWrap technology is a special heel strap design that provides a soft, flexible ride. Perfect for riders who like to surf the backcountry and tweak their tricks.

Straps
The UltraFlex Pro Ankle Straps are new and have been tried and tested since last season. They are the next generation of the legendary AuxTech® Strap family. Instead of the closed edge, the UltraFlex Pro Straps have an open 3D Auxetic edge. This means that the strap can open and stretch when buckled. This creates a more even flex. The Progrip toe straps work with an innovative network of small hinges that provide unrivalled support.
