The all-mountain binding with surf and freeride mode 

The Jones Mercury binding is made for the all-mountain rider looking for good edge hold and who still wants to manoeuvre their board easily. The Mercury with medium stiff flex offers you an immediate conversion of your movements and, thanks to SKATETECH, transfers your power directly to the edge. Whether in Surf Mode or Freeride Mode, the Mercury does it all. The new Hanger 3.0 creates space for wider boots and the new Power Spine Ankle Straps provide more comfort with the best power transmission.

Highback
The Control Flex Highback with a flex rating of 6 provides a balance of response and flex. The asymmetric highback is stiff in the middle for solid power transmission, while the more flexible sides give the binding that freestyle touch. Of course, the highback can be adjusted without tools.

Baseplate
The baseplate with SKATETECH ensures the very best power transmission. While many bindings require unnecessary force due to the natural flex, SKATETECH is oriented towards skateboard trucks. This gives you a smooth flex, but the power is still optimally transferred to the edges of your board.
 
Straps
The Flip-It Straps can be ridden in two different modes: Surf Mode or Freeride Mode. The Surf Mode offers you maximum tweakability, while the Freeride Mode focuses on maximum response. To switch between the modes, you only have to turn the straps and insert the corresponding dampers into the strap. New to the Mercury are the Power Spine Ankle Straps. The wider end of the straps provides more comfort, while the middle part is harder and thus additionally increases the response.
