Still relatively new to the Capita collection, the Mega Mercury is ready to explore every last corner of the resort with you. It was inspired by the legendary Mercury and equipped with all the refinements of technology. From an FSC® certified 3D thermopolymer Starship Core™ with ultra-light post-consumer recycled plastic to a super-light Skin™ topsheet for the perfect balance of performance and weight. Designed for power when you want it and float when you need it, the Mega Mercury is the all-mountain snowboard you can rely on. 

The Mega Mercury is handmade in Austria in the first snowboard production facility powered by 100 % clean energy. 

Riding style
All-mountain riding for experienced and advanced riders - you want to have fun all over the mountain? This board can handle everything from sidehits at the edge of the piste to powder runs in the backcountry and fast carving turns.

Shape
With the directional shape used, the nose is slightly longer than the tail. The bindings and the sidecut are slightly offset to the back. This increases the stability at higher speeds and the uplift in powder.

Profile
The Resort V2 profile combines a classic camber between the bindings with a rocker in tip and tail. The rocker increases uplift in powder. The camber offers you good edge hold and fast power transmission on hard slopes.

Flex
The medium-stiff flex ensures precise control and fast board response.

Construction
The FSC® certified Starship Core™ 3D thermopolymer is produced using an advanced electronic sorting system. Through this system, premium poplars can be sorted with reforestation poplar, according to weight and grain. This ensures a constant flex. The addition of bonded, recycled thermopolymer channels turns the Starship Core™ into an advanced hybrid core that gives you incredible pop. The new Hybrid Holysheet™ Tri/Tri Megacarbon™ fibreglass offers you an ingenious weave of fibreglass and carbon for even less weight. It was built with high-performance, plant-based Magic Bean™ resin for powerful and dynamic driving behaviour in the Super DOA. The Megadrive™ XT Base comes with specially developed additives.
