Unlike most kids' boards, the Jones Prodigy is not made for the first turns but for kids who are already ripping properly and need a board that supports them. Built with the same high-quality materials as adult boards, the Prodigy also delivers the same performance.

Shape
The Directional Twin Shape is perfect for improving your switch skills. In deep snow, the Blunt Nose makes sure less snow comes over the sides of your nose than it would with a regular shape. This means you get the benefits of a longer traditional nose without the extra weight. Traction Tech 1.0, the corrugated edge, ensures the best edge hold in all conditions.

Profile
The Directional Rocker consists of a camber between the bindings and a larger rocker at the nose than the tail. This keeps the board extremely manoeuvrable in pow and gives it additional buoyancy. The camber offers you good edge hold and fast power transmission.

Flex
The medium flex (4/10) is playful but, at the same time, offers enough control and response.

Construction
The FSC™ Classic Core is an all-wood premium poplar core with pop, even flex and solid durability. The Biax fibreglass provides a playful and snappy ride. Super Sap bio-resin is plant-based and is used instead of petroleum-based epoxy, making production a little more environmentally friendly. The ECO-Plastic Topsheet is made from castor seeds. This biomaterial is extremely light, resistant to scratches and breaks, and water and snow repellent. The construction is rounded off by the Extruded 5000 Base. The stable base is easy to clean and extremely durable.
