- Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
- If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
- Alternatively, you can also provide a signed confirmation that authorizes FedEx to leave your package at a safe spot if you’re not at the delivery address. Please note, that in such cases, the courier is not liable for loss or damage of the parcel.

- We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. To ensure the quickest delivery possible, we may ship items from your order separately. As a result, you might receive multiple deliveries, possibly through different carriers and methods, each with its own delivery time. - Some of our orders are shipped by our shops. If your items are available sooner at a shop than at our warehouse, they’ll be shipped from the shop directly.

Bezorging
- Bezorging op werkdagen van maandag tot vrijdag.
- Voor een geslaagde levering is het noodzakelijk dat je jouw adres en telefoonnummer vermeld, omdat er per telefoon een tijdspanne afgesproken wordt wanneer jouw pakje afgeleverd wordt. Als de eerste leveringspoging niet lukte, kan een pick up aan de desbetreffende terminal of een tweede leveringsdatum geregeld worden.
Uitzonderingen retourzendingen
Als jouw bestelling met DHL Freight verstuurd werd, zijn de kosten voor de retourneren voor jouw eigen rekening.

Our shops ship some of our orders. In case your products were faster available in one of our shops than from our warehouse, the shop will send them with standard shipping. We apologise for this inconvenience.
