The Chukka is one of the classics from Vans. This version comes with skate-specific features and even more comfort.
Combining a molded polyurethane footbed with the patented ImpactSorb® heel pad, you'll get unprecedented cushioning on your skateboard that's guaranteed to stand up to tough tests. Vans' polyurethane footbed also keeps your foot as close to the board as possible with PopCush technology for maximum board feel and perfect cushioning.
In 1966 Paul van Doren produced the first shoe soles that were twice as thick as their predecessors. He used pure crepe rubber without any fillers, so it wasn't long before skaters began to appreciate the qualities. Board feeling, good damping properties and perfect grip - Vans was born.
