The Il Moro MX 90 provides the maximum of performance for freestyle, freeride and all around the mountain. The relaxed fit of 103mm makes it the perfect choice for people with wider feet. Most of the technologies used for the Boss are part of the Krypton series. Outer Shell
The unique Cabrio design construction combines a 3 piece construction assembly of shell, cuff and tongue which secures the foot and lower leg while optimizing smooth and progressive flexibility. The construction of an independently functioning heel / instep closure assembly minimizes foot sliding, heel lift and boot shell distortion during flex effectively. Furthermore, the highly resilient polyamide flex ribbed tongue stays in permanent contact with the leg to improve responsiveness and control. The flex stiffness is interchangeable. Long range of motion for highly functional hiking and climbing due to the Burly cuff lock mechanism which frees the upper cuff from the lower shell.

Liner
Contour 4 Technology boots delivers all the comfort, precision, and control of a close fitting, low volume, high performance ski boots. A little extra “space” is molded into the inside of the boot shell at 4 critical fit points: ankle, heel, 5th metatarsal & navicular. TRUFIT innerboots are 100% preformed and ready for try-on and skiing right out of the box! Ultralon foam is a pressure sensitive fit material that will automatically form to the foot over time and is supportive and resilient. 

Lacing System
Forefoot closure buckle (above instep) is inverted to close on top of the bootshell, not on the side. The top closure positioning prevents buckle breakage and bending during rail slides, grinds, falls, and transitions.The boot comes with strong and lightweight alu buckles, ergonimically designed for easy use.Two position forefoot closure buckle accommodates varying foot shapes and instep heights: 
LOW position (towards toe) – for high instep & wide and high volume feet shapes
HI position (towards heel) – for low instep & narrower and low volume feet shapes
