The new edition of one of the best directional freestyle boards for big men
Big boys need light set-ups. Their snowboards are always big, wide and long, so a lighter construction makes a big difference. That's why Lib Tech uses the super-light Horsepower construction on the Skunk Ape II, for the best balance between stability and weight. The Skunk Ape II also comes with a wider nose for incredible uplift in powder.

Riding style
This extra wide board is perfect for big riders who want to perfect their freestyle skills all over the mountain.
Shape
The Skunk Ape is a directional twin. It comes with a centred shape but has recessed inserts to provide enough float in powder. The corrugated Magne-Traction® edges provide more grip no matter where you are on the mountain, but especially on icy and hard places, they show their skills
Profile
The C2X profile comes with a short rocker between the bindings combined with a substantial camber underneath the bindings. This combination offers a good edge hold thanks to the camber areas, as well as good uplift and unlimited freestyle action without catching an edge thanks to the rocker.
Flex
The stiff flex ensures precise control and fast snowboard response.
Construction
The Horsepower Construction is even lighter than the Original Power Construction, more environmentally friendly through the use of organic beans and basalt fibres and offers an extremely smooth ride. The aspen and paulownia wood core is sturdy and provides you with a lot of pop. The topsheet is made from organic sublimated beans. The sintered base is very fast, but requires careful maintenance.
