Powerful jumps and perfectly cushioned landings. The Union Ultra uses Union's latest manufacturing processes to revolutionise the way a freestyle binding should ride. The binding comes with all-new technologies like the 3-piece S11 Asym Baseplate, an S15 Ultra Duraflex Highback, Forma X Ankle Straps and reinforced magnesium ratchets with steel backing.

Highback
The multi-piece S15 Ultra Duraflex Highback is made from Duraflex ST Nylon for enhanced freestyle-oriented flex. The separate Molecular Highback Bushing provides a preloaded feel for fast edge changes and a comfortable, cushioned riding experience.

Baseplate
The three-piece S11 Asym baseplate features an asymmetrical design for increased torsional board flex. The heelcup is fixed with Astro washers to prevent slippage. The Molecular Bushing System offers increased cushioning and rebound on hard landings and is 15 % lighter than the regular Fused Vaporlite System. The TPE outsole is resistant to ice and snow and does not need to be glued to the baseplate. The special non-stick coating prevents ice from forming on the footbed.

Straps
The Forma X Ankle Strap is the ultimate connection between boot and binding. The Exoframe frame enables a fast response and power transmission. The padded inside offers maximum comfort. Simple, lightweight, durable - The TS 4.0+ toe straps keep your boots bombproof and secure in the binding without you even knowing it's there. The magnesium S1 / steel buckles offer a good combination of low weight and maximum stability. Magnesium is very light, the steel base makes the construction extremely durable.
