Ali and Pacel Khachab have fulfilled their dream: their own skate hall, in which they offer courses for everyone who wants to learn skateboarding. With the help of a fundraiser, they have collected enough money to build the hall under the motto “Skateboarding is for everyone”.
In the skate hall in Munich there are daily (Monday-Sunday) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. skateboard workshops for beginners and advanced skateboarders between 6-16 years of age, on weekends also from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. For adults age 17 and over, the workshops always take place on Fridays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, free workshops for disadvantaged youth groups are offered. The workshops can be booked online using the calendar. In the "Open Sessions", all advanced skaters aged 12 and over can practice their tricks daily from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm without supervision - entrance fee € 4.
SpaceForSkate is a social meeting place & cultural venue for skateboarding. The whole project is rounded off by urban art on the walls of the skate hall and regular cultural events such as skate contests, photo exhibitions, video premieres and small concerts.
