For the first time, a beginner series on river surfing by Buster

With the Puffy Puffin, Buster offers you for the first time an entry-level series for river surfing and a durable alternative for waves where material wear is particularly high. The construction, the board geometry and the fin setup were developed only for the requirements of pool & river surfing and withstand the highest demands. The shapes of the surfboards are derived from their performance hardboards.

Construction
Buster softboards come with an HDPE top and bottom layer, combined with shaped, extra soft and robust PE rails. This results in a ride underfoot that comes close to hardboards, while the rails are particularly robust against impacts.

Fin Setup
The three slot setup can be ridden as a Twin, as a Twin with a small centre fin or as a Thruster setup. For best performance, Buster recommends riding the board with hard side fins and a small centre fin. For beginners, Buster recommends riding the board with the soft fins provided. The "Through The Deck" FCS I Finplugs can be fitted with soft fins, composite fins or fibre reinforced fins.
