Since its debut a decade ago, the Spark XV has been the benchmark for backcountry boots. This legendary boot was developed and continuously improved by Xavier de Le Rue. It offers exceptional support, a lively board feel and precise control on the ascent and descent. And although the Spark XV was developed for the most extreme conditions in the backcountry, it is also suitable for any other terrain. With the Spark XV, there is no compromise.

Outer boot
The Power Strap allows the boot to be closed more precisely in the shin area. This provides improved support and more response. The Backbone is a reinforcement on the back of the boot, this provides durability, stability and regulates the flex. The Custom Flex construction with two separate flex zones in the ankle area ensures that the heel stays locked in place. The XLS system increases the freedom of movement in the rear part of the boot. Perfect for splitboarding. The D-Tex membrane is waterproof and breathable, keeping feet warm and dry. The Rockguard is an abrasion-resistant rubber edge and protects the boot from wear and tear as well as damage from rock and ice. The Backwelt Clip enables the mounting of semi-automatic crampons.

Liner
The Custom Thermo Fit liner features a custom-fit anatomical design and advanced perforated foam that conforms to the contours of your foot to maximise performance. The Heel Harness Pro and its exoskeleton design offer an unparalleled fit at the ankle and exceptional support. A deep heel pocket and ankle zone with extra grippy mesh provides unsurpassed heel hold. To further optimise the fit, the can be thermoformed with the DEELUXE Liner Precision Fit Pads.

Lacing system
With the L3 lacing, fit, flex and comfort can be individually adjusted. The two handles allow you to quickly and precisely adjust the lacing in the ankle area as well as the upper and lower zones of the boot. Simply pull the handles upwards, snap them into place and you're done.
