Construction
The Super Fly II™ 700 g core with lighter wood on special zones of the core offers pop, stability as well as a reduced weight. In Dualzone™ EGD™, the wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edge on two continuous zones that run perpendicular to the rest of the core for consistent edge grip and durability. The 45° Carbon Highlights optimise each layer of the fibreglass matrix and add a continuous carbon layer to reduce weight and fine-tune the torsional feel to achieve different ride characteristics. The 45° bevelled fibre layer makes the board more aggressive. Working a specially formulated wax deep into the pores of the extremely absorbent, dense material of the sintered WFO base creates an extremely durable base that stays fast in every weather condition the whole season long. The Channel® gives you ultimate control over your stance in a design that is compatible with all popular bindings (not just Burton).
