Although the Old Skool is now in line with other vans styles, all of which have individual merits, the Old Skool will never lose its importance.
In line with their commitment to sustainability, its VR3 midsole is made of at least 25 % bio-based EVA foam, partly derived from plant sources.

To reduce Vans' overall footprint, they have set ambitious sustainability goals. VR3 represents their commitment at Vans to source one hundred percent of their four highest CO₂ impact materials (cotton, leather, rubber and polyester) from renewable, responsibly sourced, renewable and/or recycled sources by 2030.
