FedEx
- Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
- If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
- Alternatively, you could provide a signed confirmation authorising the carrier to leave your package in a safe location if you’re not available at the delivery address. Please note that in such cases, the carrier is not responsible for any loss or damage of the package(s).
NOTE:
- We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. To ensure the quickest delivery possible, we may ship items from your order separately. As a result, you might receive multiple deliveries, possibly through different carriers and methods, each with its own delivery time. Rest assured, we'll provide you with individual tracking information for each shipment, so you can monitor the progress of your items every step of the way.
- Please enter your phone number and email address in the checkout process, so we can notify you as soon as your parcel is on its way. It also helps us to quickly clarify any questions about your order and provide you with the best service possible.

- Alternatively, you can also provide a signed confirmation that authorizes FedEx to leave your package at a safe spot if you’re not at the delivery address. Please note, that in such cases, the courier is not liable for loss or damage of the parcel.
- Our shops ship some of our orders. In case your products were faster available in one of our shops than from our warehouse, the shop will send them with standard shipping. We apologise for this inconvenience.

- Las entregas se realizan en días laborables, de lunes a viernes.
- Para asegurar una entrega sin complicaciones, por favor facilítanos tu número de teléfono junto con tu dirección al realizer el pedido. La empresa de mensajería se pondrá en contacto contigo para coordinar la franja horaria de entrega. Si el primer intento de entrega no se lleva a cabo con éxito, se puede organizar la recogida en oficina o una segunda entrega a coste del receptor.

INTENTOS DE ENTREGA
- Entrega en días laborables de lunes a viernes.
- Si no hay nadie disponible para aceptar su envío en la dirección de entrega, su conductor dejará una etiqueta de puerta. Verifique la etiqueta de puerta para ver si entregamos su paquete en una dirección cercana o para ver la información de seguimiento y la fecha del próximo intento de entrega.
- Alternativamente, también puede proporcionar una confirmación firmada que autorice a FedEx a dejar su paquete en un lugar seguro si no se encuentra en la dirección de entrega.

Nuestras tiendas físicas realizan ciertos envíos. Si tus productos estuvieran disponibles en alguna tienda antes que en almacén, la tienda realizará el envío con envío estandar. Disculpa las molestias.
